Our sole objective being to obtain maximum quality, we select the wines with the Valdepalacios brand. Our , , , and Selected Harvest, are the pride of our winery.
TECHNICAL FILE
After rigorously selecting the best grapes, we prepare this wine, following traditional methods and combining them at the same time with the modern oenology techniques. Prepared mainly with the variety and complemented with , which gives it a peculiar and genuine touch. It has matured in new American oak barrels for 4 months.
TASTING NOTE
This wine has an extraordinary colour, a great and structued body, correct acidity balance. Warm wrapping in the mouth thanks to its great tannic character.
